A tent hall "does not constitute a building or a small architectural object within the meaning of the provisions of the construction law. A tent hall cannot be classified as a structure within the meaning of Art. 3 point 3 of the construction law, and thus to buildings within the meaning of Art. 1a section 1 point 2 of the Act on Local Taxes and Fees". That's all the legal provisions say about the tent hall.
Choosing a tent hall is, above all, a cost-effective offer for the dynamically growing service market of many industries, not only in Poland, but also in the world. The use of a tent hall for year-round or seasonal activities is becoming more and more popular both in Poland and in Europe. In response to this growing demand, many companies producing various types of tent halls have appeared on the market.
One of them is SKAVSKA HALE. The company has been on the services market since 2015 and offers its customers two types of tent halls of the highest quality: arched halls and gable halls.
SKAVSKA HALE products are objects with a very durable, tested structure. In the case of arched halls, the main structure is made exclusively of S355 structural steel with higher values. However, in the case of gable halls, the company uses various types of steel: most often S235, in rarer cases it is S355 steel.
Tent hall products are subject to appropriate material standards and certification, which confirms the safety of use and the quality of the materials used.
The roofs of both types of halls are made of durable tarpaulin, and the materials used to produce the tarpaulin have a weight adjusted to the customer's needs. Thanks to this, the halls perform well even in the least favorable weather conditions. The customer can choose the color of the tarpaulin.
SKAVSKA HALE products are used in the industrial services market, as agricultural halls, warehouse halls, and many others.
More and more people decide to choose a tent hall instead of a brick hall. This is dictated by a pragmatic approach, focused on achieving an excellent effect in a relatively short time.
The assembly of seasonal buildings whose use is limited in time is usually carried out without a building permit due to the fact that these objects are not permanently connected to the ground, unlike brick buildings. However, it is always worth planning a visit to the construction and architecture departments subordinated to a given district office to obtain binding information on the location of a tent hall in a given area.
Tent halls successfully fulfill the functions of standard facilities; therefore, they are an excellent alternative to construction halls. Tent halls are also an optimal solution in the context of the financial outlays incurred and the enormous possibilities of modifying the existing hall, in terms of increasing the usable area of the hall, purchasing and installing additional equipment or changing the roofing; which is not possible in most cases when it comes to brick buildings.
Tent halls are as durable as brick structures, and due to their universal nature, the possibility of modification or expansion, they are used in many industries. They are chosen by companies, state institutions and private investors.
Tent halls are modern, very stable objects with a durable structure, they can be made of various raw materials, the most common ones (also used by SKAVSKA HALE) are: structural steel, tarpaulin, sheet metal or sandwich panels. The steel truss structure is galvanized, which protects the whole thing against corrosion for many years.
Tent halls are warehouse spaces that are easy to assemble, the entire work takes from 2 to 7 days. It is equally easy to dismantle the hall, move it and place it, for example, in another place or use it for another project, both short and long-term. Tent halls can also be modified by expanding segments.
Tent halls are single or multi-aisle roofs. Tent halls can be used as seasonal or year-round facilities, which makes them even more flexible.
Tent halls manufactured by SKAVSKA HALE are arched halls and gable halls. The distinguishing feature of both types of facilities is the shape of the roof. Arched halls have a roof in the shape of a curved arch, while gable halls have sloping roofs.
The roofs of tent halls are covered with tarpaulin, the type of tarpaulin depends on the function to be performed by the selected facility and the specific nature of the industry.
The most common types of roofs, also installed by SKAVSKA HALE, used to cover tent halls, are durable materials, e.g. PVC with grammages ranging from 500 gr/m2 to 1200 gr/m2; tarpaulins with a grammage of 650 g/m2 and 900 g/m2 are the most popular, due to the climatic conditions prevailing not only in Poland but also in Europe.
